Terms of use
Last updated: October 30, 2026
1. Who runs the site
ctrlia.dev (“Ctrl+IA”) is run by Jahir Espitia, Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico. Contact: carlosp5751258@gmail.com. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Free resources
Free resources (code, templates, prompts, guides) are published on GitHub under the MIT license unless a resource states otherwise: you may use, modify and share them, including in commercial projects, keeping the license notice. They are provided “as is”, without warranty: review what you run in your projects and keep backups.
3. Pro packs
Pro packs are optional and sold on Gumroad, which handles payment, invoices and refunds under its own terms. A Pro pack license is personal or for your team: you may use it in your own and your clients’ projects, but not resell or redistribute it as is.
4. Accounts
Accounts are optional and free. You are responsible for what you post (resource requests and their text). Illegal or offensive content, spam or other people’s personal data is not allowed; we may hide it or close accounts that post it. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
5. Brand and content
The “Ctrl+IA” name, the Byte mascot and the site’s texts, images and videos belong to their author, except material published under an open license. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic; Ctrl+IA is not affiliated with Anthropic.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep the site and resources working, but we do not guarantee they will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the resources.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. They are governed by the laws of Mexico. Before any claim, please write to us so we can solve it amicably.
